Requirements

1. Shade

Do Pink Mozart musicians need shade for outdoor performances?

Yes, providing shade is important for outdoor performances to protect both our musicians and their instruments. For duos, we recommend at least one 8~9 ft umbrella, and for trios or quartets, please provide at least two 8~9ft umbrellas.

2. Space

How much space do Pink Mozart musicians need?

When booking Pink Mozart for your event, it's important to ensure adequate space and flat ground for our musicians to perform comfortably and safely. A duo needs at least a 7x7 ft area. A string quartet or trio needs at least a 10x10 ft area. For larger ensembles, please contact us for detailed info! If rain is a possibility, an alternative indoor location must be provided!

3. Chair

Do Pink Mozart musicians need chairs?

Yes, each Pink Mozart musician requires one armless chair. For example, if you book our string quartet, we will need four armless chairs. We bring our own music stands, so you don’t have to worry about that!

4. Parking

What are Pink Mozart's parking requirements?

For the convenience and timely arrival of our musicians, it is crucial to provide nearby parking and easy access to the event venue. This is especially important for our harpists and musicians with larger instruments. Please inform us in advance of any parking fees, designated unloading zones, or specific instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient setup.

5. Power

Does Pink Mozart require power?

No, Pink Mozart is completely self-contained and battery-operated to amplify our live music sound. We do not require any external power sources, making us highly flexible and easy to accommodate in any venue, indoors or outdoors.

1. Can we request a specific piece of music that is not in your repertoire?

Pink Mozart can provide one special song request for free, subject to our arrangers' approval based on the feasibility of the specific instrument combination. Additional special requests may incur an additional fee. Please contact us for more information!

2. Can Pink Mozart amplify live music?

Yes, Pink Mozart provides amplification for our instruments. Our amplification system is fully battery-operated and requires no external power sources!

3. Do you provide an officiant microphone?

Yes, we offer officiant sound services, including wireless microphones and a PA system, as an additional package. Please let us know in advance if this service is needed.

1. How early do PinkMozart musicians arrive before the event?

Our team typically arrives 40-60 minutes before the scheduled performance time to allow for setup and sound checks. This ensures that everything is in place for a seamless performance.

2. How long does Pink Mozart take to load out?

Our team usually takes 30-60 minutes to load out after the event. This timeframe allows us to carefully pack up our instruments and equipment, ensuring that everything is handled with care while we leave your venue in a timely and organized manner.
